What is Vinyasa Yoga?
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga where movement is linked with breath. The practice builds strength, flexibility and focus, while allowing space to slow down, reconnect and move mindfully. Suitable for all levels.

Bring comfortable clothes, a big towel and a positive spirit.
Yoga mats will be provided. Locker rooms are available near the Fitness Room (UCB0.27).
