The Advisory Board assists and advises the Young Rabo board on, for example, their policies and the development of a vision for the future. The Advisory Board consists of Ugur Pekdemir (Chairman of Rabobank Metropoolregio Amsterdam), Marc Jansen (HR), Sasja van Ravens (former Young Rabo chairman) and Seline de Groot (former Young Rabo chairman). The members of the Advisory Board have a diverse background, which results in the ability to advise Young Rabo from all different angles from within the bank. They also include the Young Rabo board in the most recent developments and themes within Rabobank. In previous years the Advisory Board has advised Young Rabo on the preparation of the annual plan, alignment with current strategic themes and the impact on these themes on Young Rabo and young professionals of Rabobank.
