The day to day management of Jong Rabo is taken out by six young colleagues who work throughout Rabobank. The board members are the connecting factor between Rabobank Group, the committees, members and external parties.
Patrick is the voice of Young Rabo. He offers a platform for young professionals, is responsible for the annual goals within the board en connect (potential) members with our association. He is aware of important topics and ensures we make impact. To further professionalize the association and to make the difference for young colleagues within Rabobank.
The biggest challenges next year? Increasing our visibility, strengthening the involvement of our members and keeping the network alive in a world where physical events are not self-evident.
Yaëlle is as secretary the right hand of the board. She supervises the boards annual goals, its current activities and relevant obligations. With her enthusiasm for the association, Yaëlle is responsible for the membership base and the go-to person within the board for interested, new – and of course also – the other existing members.
Lynne is responsible for the financial administration of Young Rabo. She is in charge of preparing financial documents such as the annual statement, balance sheet, and budget, and he reports on these – on behalf of the board – during the general members’ meeting (ALV).

Eline is our Activity Coordinator and takes care of the committees that organize all activities during the year. Think of planning the activities, recruiting committee members, but of course also sparring with the committees. For questions about activities or committee members, it is best to contact Eline.
Sherief is responsible for the collaborations of Young Rabo. He is in charge of maintaining and creating contacts within and outside the bank to add value for the members. If you’d like to explore what we can do together with Sherief , don’t hesitate to approach him.
