In te Annual Report, we look back on a year full of activities, connection and development, and we share how our community of young professionals continued to grow and evolve throughout 2025.
The annual report offers a broad overview of what Young Rabo stood for this past year. From the many events, committees and collaborations across the country, to the professionalisation of our organisation, our governance and our way of working. It also highlights how Young Rabo strengthened its visibility within Rabobank Group and beyond, while remaining an inclusive and accessible community for members with diverse backgrounds.
In addition to reflecting on 2025, the report looks ahead. It introduces the strategic direction for 2026–2027, outlining the themes and ambitions that will guide Young Rabo in the coming years.
