Mark your calendars - the Young Rabo Congress 2026 is officially returning on 10 April 2026.

After two years away, we’re back with a fresh perspective and a full day designed to inspire, challenge, and energize the young professionals shaping the future of our bank.

This year, we focus on a future that’s accelerating fast, powered by bold innovation, evolving skills, and the unique impact of young talent across Rabobank and the wider financial sector. Expect a program crafted to spark ideas, strengthen your network, and help you take the lead in a rapidly changing industry.

What’s in Store

• 10:00 – 18:00: A full, dynamic program tailored for Young Rabo members
• Two keynote sessions exploring the future of work and the future of banking, from our speakers:
  • Jan Nieuweboer (“Future of Work” specialist): explore how AI, demographic shifts, and evolving skills shape the future, and what these changes may mean for the next generation.
  • Martijn Kwant (Chief of Staff and Transitions – Retail NL): together with his colleague Ingrid van der Chijs he will share how the Strategy Staff & Transitions department drives strategy, change, sustainability, and first‑line risk to keep Retail NL aligned with customers, society, and long‑term goals.
• Five hands‑on workshops, each offering a different lens on growth, innovation, and your own impact:

Practical Info

• This year it will be held at an exciting external location De Utrechtse Stadsvrijheid (DUS)
• Subscription is open from 2nd March to 16th March. Reserve your seat on time since capacity is limited
• After subscription, you will receive more information in terms of dietary preferences and workshop registration
• Deadline to unsubscribe is 20th of March 5PM. In case of no show or unsubscribe after 20th March, a no show fee of 50 EUR applies
