Schiermonnikoog Calling: The Young Rabo Island Weekend

Young Rabo Regiocommissie Noord neemt je mee op wederom een spetterende eindejaarsactiviteit na het daverende succes van Vliebiza, Ameland en Oh Oh Terso! (Sc)hier moet je bij zijn! Wees fier met plezier op schier als we aanmeren bij de pier als bankier na een paar kwartier en heb veel vertier!

Wad gaan we doen?

Vrijdag 23 oktober: 

• Early noon – Afvaart vanaf Lauwersoog
• Aankomst op Schiermonnikoog
• Diner en avondprogramma

Zaterdag 24 oktober:

• Museum
• Lunch & outdoor (fysical/sporty!) activities.
• Rond 17:30 – 18:00 uur is het officiële programma afgelopen en kiest iedereen zijn of haar eigen avondinvulling: vrij programma dus!

Zondag 25 oktober:

• 10:45 – Vertrek veerboot* vanuit Schiermonnikoog (vertrek bij de accommodatie richting de boot om 10.00).
• 11:15 – Aankomst in Lauwersoog
  • *Terugreistijd en -dag zijn NIET optioneel, omdat de tickets vooraf worden geboekt.

Inbegrepen

• Retour boottocht Lauwersoog – Schiermonnikoog;
• Twee overnachtingen;
• 2x ontbijt;
• 1x lunch (zaterdag);
• 1x diner (vrijdag);
• Alle excursies en activiteiten.
• Overige consumpties zijn voor eigen rekening.

Bereikbaarheid

Lauwersoog is goed bereikbaar per auto. Er is ruime parkeergelegenheid bij de haven (houd rekening met voldoende tijd om vanaf de parkeerplaats naar de terminal te lopen en op tijd in te checken voor de overtocht). Carpoolen wordt aangemoedigd en wij zullen hiervoor wederom een carpoollijst faciliteren.

Kosten

Voor deze activiteit verwachten wij een eigen bijdrage van EUR 100,- en geldt een no-show fee van EUR 250,-.

In verband met reeds gemaakte en niet-restitueerbare kosten is er een hogere no-show fee om te voorkomen dat Young Rabo voor gemaakte kosten komt te staan.

Inschrijven

Dinsdag 4 augustus om 12:00 uur gaan de inschrijvingen open. De uiterlijke in- en uitschrijfdatum is 25 september om 12:00 uur. Meld je je na deze datum af, dan kunnen wij geen terugbetaling van de eigen bijdrage garanderen en geldt de no-show fee.

Be proud and have fun on Schier when we dock at the pier as bankers after a short ferry ride, and enjoy plenty of good times!

What are we going to do?

Friday, October 23

• Early afternoon: Departure from Lauwersoog
• Arrival on Schiermonnikoog
• Dinner and evening program

Saturday, October 24

• Museum visit
• Lunch and outdoor (physical/sporty!) activities
• Around 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM, the official program ends and everyone is free to plan their own evening. In other words: free time!

Sunday, October 25

• 10:00 AM: Departure from the accommodation to the ferry terminal
• 10:45 AM: Departure of the ferry from Schiermonnikoog*
• 11:15 AM: Arrival in Lauwersoog

* The return travel date and time are not optional, as ferry tickets will be booked in advance.

• Return ferry crossing Lauwersoog – Schiermonnikoog
• Two nights' accommodation
• 2 breakfasts
• 1 lunch (Saturday)
• 1 dinner (Friday)
• All excursions and activities
• Any additional food and drinks are at your own expense

Accessibility

Lauwersoog is easily accessible by car. There is ample parking available near the harbour. Please allow enough time to walk from the parking area to the terminal and to check in before departure. Carpooling is encouraged, and we will once again facilitate a carpool list.

Costs

For this event, we expect a personal contribution of EUR 100. A no-show fee of EUR 250 applies.

Due to costs already incurred that cannot be refunded, a higher no-show fee is necessary to ensure that Young Rabo does not incur losses from last-minute cancellations.

Registration

Registration opens on Tuesday, August 4 at 12:00 PM.

The deadline to register or cancel your registration is September 25 at 12:00 PM. If you cancel after this date, we cannot guarantee a refund of your contribution, and the no-show fee will apply.
