Connect. Coach. Grow.

Join the Global Reverse Coaching Program and coach a senior leader or highly experienced Rabobank professional. Help your coachee explore their development question through active listening, powerful questions, fresh perspectives and constructive challenge. Together, you’ll spark reflection and new insights on topics such as leadership, AI, technology, collaboration, and the next generation, while developing your own coaching skills and broadening your perspective along the way.

Why become a reverse coach?

  • You are curious, open-minded and excited to step outside of your comfort zone.
  • Strengthen your coaching and influencing skills and become more confident in challenging others, regardless of seniority.
  • Get closer to senior leaders and experienced professionals and gain unique insights into their challenges, decisions and perspectives while expanding your network across the bank.
  • Accelerate your own growth by exchanging perspectives, learning from years of experience and reflecting on your own ambitions and career.

In order to register as a coach, you need to fill in the online form to show your interest.
