Hey Young Rabo adventurers!
The Sport & Vitality Committee invites you to a unique and energizing mountain biking experience that combines science‑based nutrition insights with professional off‑road skills training.
This is your chance to learn directly from a former World Cup MTB marathon rider who also happens to be a food technologist. You will not only ride like a pro but also learn how to fuel your body like one.
What’s in store?
Session 1: Fuel Like an Athlete (Nutrition & Performance)
We start indoors with a practical session that covers basics in healthy sports nutrition & science-based truth vs. sports nutrition myths. You will understand exactly what your body needs and why.
Session 2: Mountain Bike Skills Clinic (Outdoor)
After feeding your mind, it’s time to hit the trails!
In the forests around Nijmegen, our instructor will guide you through MTB basics & posture and MTB techniques to enjoy a safe ride and manage your energy during the ride. All levels are welcome, from first‑timers to experienced riders.

What to wear?
Bring your sporty clothes. Note: make sure you're wearing either slim pants or shorts to prevent you from getting stuck in the gears.
Cancellation fee
Please be aware that a €30 fee applies for no‑shows or late cancellations without replacement. You can unsubscribe for free until 15 April at 12:00 PM.
