Puck it, lets try something new!

YoungRabo is groot voorstander van iets nieuws proberen. Bij sport denk waarschijnlijk je al gauw aan voetbal, tennis, turnen of basketbal. We bevinden ons op glad ijs met de uitspraak dat ijshocky een van de meer ondergesneeuwde sporten in Nederland is. En dat is onterecht!

Ijshockey is namelijk een razendsnelle teamsport waar kracht, snelheid, techniek en inzicht tot op een uitzonderlijk hoog niveau moet zijn ontwikkeld. In dat opzicht lijkt het dus op ons werk bij Rabobank ;).

Het toeval wil dat een van de beste clubs van Nederland, in het zuiden van het land gevestigd is: Trappers Tilburg.

Regio-Zuid nodigt jou als YoungRabo'er uit om het nieuwe jaar te beginnen met een knallende wedstrijd tussen de Tilburgse Trappers en de Hammer Eisbären op 9 januari 2026 (wedstrijd begint 'savonds om 20:15).

Puck it, let’s try something new!

YoungRabo is a big fan of trying new things. When you think of sports, you probably think of football, tennis, gymnastics, or basketball. We might be on thin ice when we say that ice hockey is one of the more overlooked sports in the Netherlands.

And that’s unfair!

Ice hockey is a lightning-fast team sport where strength, speed, technique, and insight must be developed to an exceptionally high level. In that sense, it’s quite similar to our work at Rabobank. ;)

As luck would have it, one of the best clubs in the Netherlands is located in the south of the country: Tilburg Trappers.

Region South invites you, as a YoungRabo member, to kick off the new year with an exciting match between the Tilburg Trappers and the Hammer Eisbären on January 9, 2026 (the game starts at 8:15 PM).
