The Works Council (OR) elections are live and this is one of those moments where your voice has real impact at Rabobank.
The OR represents employees, the bank, and our customers. It brings what we experience on the work floor into decision-making and influences topics that affect our daily work.
YoungRabo members are on the candidate list a great opportunity to strengthen the voice of younger colleagues within the bank.
Voting is simple, secure, and anonymous. Eligible colleagues received a personal voting link by email (sent from noreply@vote.rabobank.com).
