Join us for an inspiring and hands-on evening with Fruitslagers in Culemborg! Fruitslagers is a food collective - consisting of Roze Bunker, Cul Sec, and Boonzaak - that creates innovative products using ingredients from regenerative agriculture and rescued (often overlooked) produce, with the motto “Eat Your Landscape”!
We’ll kick off the evening with a tour of the premises, including the Roze Bunker lemonade factory, their innovative test kitchen, and the garden, where we’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at their products in action. After that, it’s time to roll up our sleeves and get fermenting during a tempeh-making workshop.
And of course, we’ll keep things gezellig with drinks and bites along the way! Think: sourdough bread with elderflower whipped butter, harvest charcuterie with different pickles and a dip, and fried tempeh with unlimited glasses of Roze Bunker lemonade - all made with locally sourced ingredients.
