The Future Generations Board (FGB) and Young Rabo would like to invite you to join the next Voice of Young Rabo! This time, in cooperation with the FGB, we will introduce the new name of The Voice of the Future.
The session will take place on the 2nd of October 9.00-12.00, at the Croeselaan, in collaboration with the Resilience Team and facilitated by the RaboResearch Dialogue Expertise Center, to discuss the following question:
“What opportunities and possibilities do we see that contribute to resilience?”
When thinking about resilience, you might consider topics such as:
In a Rabo Appreciative Inquiry Dialogue, participants jointly explore which themes are important to act upon. It provides a structured, forward-looking and appreciative dialogue on strengthening cooperative impact.
Dialogue gives space to bringing the various perspectives of the participants together. Instead of aiming for opposition and individual ‘winners’, dialogue focuses on increasing collective wisdom and moving forward collectively, including how each individual can contribute to the ambitions.
The outcomes of the dialogue will be compiled in a report and shared with senior management and relevant stakeholders. By bringing participants' perspectives into strategic conversations, the dialogue can help shape future thinking and action on resilience within Rabobank.
For this event it is crucial for there to be a diverse range of participants who are willing to share their perspectives.
We are partnering with the FGB, with half of the spaces dedicated to Young Rabo members. Directly affected by the decisions of today, young people are disproportionately impacted by the consequences of these decisions on tomorrow. For the remaining spaces, anyone willing to share their views is invited to apply, regardless of age or background!
Aside from registering for the event, your registration will only be taken into account after you share a short motivation by September 23th. This will help us select motivated attendees and ensure a diverse mix of participants. If interest is high, the form may close earlier. After registering via the website, don't forget to fill in your motivation via this form:
