A unique dinner and farm tour at The Outdoor Kitchen of Eyckenstein

Join us for a unique and intimate group dinner at The Outdoor Kitchen of Eyckenstein (‘de Buitenkeuken’). Nestled on the beautiful grounds of Boerderij Eyckenstein, this special evening is more than just a meal - it’s a celebration of the land, the seasons, and the stories behind its organically produced food.

Here guests are welcomed into the ‘Buitenkeuken’, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. Our hosts will take us on a tour through the farm to learn about the regenerative farming practices and meet the farm animals! The menu is crafted using fresh, seasonal ingredients grown right on farm in its ‘no-dig’ vegetable garden, alongside products from its own chickens, Jersey cattle, and bees.

As you dine, you’ll experience the essence of regenerative farming, where every bite supports a healthier ecosystem. Expect vibrant flavours, thoughtful preparation, and a warm, communal atmosphere.

Whether you're here to connect with friends, colleagues, or simply enjoy a meaningful evening outdoors, this event offers a chance to slow down, savor, and be inspired by what’s possible when we grow and eat in harmony with nature.

• Language is both English and Dutch!

Address Details:

• Eikensteeg 13, Maartensdijk. Or navigate on 'boerderij Eyckenstein' on google maps.
• Alternatively, you can travel to station Hollandsche Rading, rent a OV bike and bike 10 minutes through the forest to the farm.
• Another option is via station Bilthoven, from where you can also rent a OV bike, and take bus 58 to the Mauritshoeve. It’s a 10 minute walk from there!

We request a small personal contribution of EUR 20. The remaining cost for dinner and tour will be covered by the Sustainable Future Committee. Non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are not included and can be ordered during the dinner at your own expense (between extra EUR 3-5 p/glass).

You can unsubscribe via the website for this event until 10 July 2025. After this, a no-show fee of EUR 50 applies.
