FLAIRS: Bank to the future

Op vrijdag 18 oktober 2019 zal voor de dertiende keer FLAIRS plaatsvinden met dit jaar als thema: Bank to the future! We werpen een blik op de toekomst van bankieren waarbij we focussen op twee specifieke sub-thema’s: de impact van technologie op bankieren en hoe banken duurzaamheid kunnen stimuleren.

FLAIRS staat in het teken van inspirerende sprekers, workshops gelinkt aan de thema’s welke naar keuze te volgen zijn en, als klap op de vuurpijl, een pittige clash tussen onze panelgasten. Het event vindt dit jaar plaats in Amsterdam bij ABN AMRO en het afsluitende feest vindt - geheel passend in het duurzaamheidsthema - plaats bij CIRCL!

Mocht je nog niet bekend zijn met FLAIRS, hier nog een aantal feiten op een rij:

• De eerste FLAIRS editie vond al plaats in 2006
• FLAIRS is het grootste interbancaire evenement van Nederland georganiseerd vóór en dóór young professionals (tot 35 jaar)
• FLAIRS wordt georganiseerd door de jongerenverenigingen van ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, de Volksbank en Van Lanschot Kempen
• FLAIRS is dan ook een uniek evenement als het gaat om de samenwerking tussen de banken m.b.t. de organisatie en draagt bij aan het vormen van een heel interessant, bancair netwerk

Dit alles maakt FLAIRS wat ons betreft een onmisbare aanvulling op de activiteiten van Jong Rabo!

On October 18, 2019, the 13^th edition of FLAIRS will take place. We are happy to announce this year’s theme: Bank to the future! During the event, we will take a look at the future of banking by focusing on two sub-themes: the impact of technology on banking and how banks can support sustainability.

FLAIRS is all about inspiring speakers, elective workshops and, as the highlight of the day, an exciting clash between our panel guests. The event will take place in Amsterdam at ABN AMRO and the closing party - entirely matching with our sustainability theme - takes place at the sustainable hub CIRCL!

FLAIRS at a glance:

• The first FLAIRS edition took place in 2006
• FLAIRS is the largest banking event in The Netherlands organized by and for young professionals (up to 35 years old)
• FLAIRS is organized by the youth associations of ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, de Volksbank and Van Lanschot Kempen
• FLAIRS is a unique event when it comes to cooperation between the Dutch banks to organizing an event
• FLAIRS contributes to creating a very interesting, personal banking network

All of this makes FLAIRS a must-attend event of Jong Rabo!
