Defining decisions: the power of knowing when to walk away and when to keep going
Date: Thursday, May 13, 2026
Time: 4:00 PM
Location: Croeselaan - RaboMeet
True leadership is not measured by how long you can endure, but by the wisdom to know when to persist and when to walk away. For those at the beginning of their careers, eager to make their mark, the challenge is not only to push harder, but to choose smarter.
The most impactful leaders are defined by conscious choices: the courage to keep going when the road is tough, and the clarity to let go when a path no longer serves their purpose. This balance is not a sign of weakness, but of strength and vision. Because it is in those defining moments, where resilience meets release, that real leadership takes shape, and where (young) professionals step into the leaders they aspire to become. During this session, Nina Lommers will guide you through this concept, inspired by the book Quit by Annie Duke, and explore practical tools that can help you navigate challenging situations with confidence and intention.
This workshop was originally planned for the Leadership Summit in November 2025, but due to medical reasons it had to be rescheduled. Nina recently moved from Rabobank to DLL in February and remains an active force within Young Rabo, both as the chair of the Sports Committee and by sharing her insights during this session.
A no‑show fee of €5 applies if you sign up but do not attend. You can unsubscribe until May 6, 2026 12:00.
