Update: 

Op 28 Oktober zullen Young Rabo leden de kans hebben om onze stem te laten horen. Irik van der Geld zal als spreker en deelnemer van de break-outsessies aansluiten en daarmee Carlo van Kemenade vervangen. Door omstandigheden zal Carlo helaas niet aan kunnen sluiten tijdens de sessie. Dit veranderd uiteraard niets aan het belang van het onderwerp en het laten horen van de stem vanuit Young Rabo. Wij kijken er naar uit om jullie te zien op 28 Oktober zodat wij tijdens deze sessie het gesprek aan kunnen gaan.

Voice of Young Rabo, Jouw stem telt!
Bij Young Rabo geloven we dat de toekomst wordt gevormd door de stemmen van vandaag. Hierin speelt ook de stem van de jonge collega's een belangrijke rol.
 
Daarom hebben we met trots het Voice of Young Rabo evenement gelanceerd: een inspirerende bijeenkomst waar jouw mening écht het verschil maakt.

Tijdens de Voice of Young Rabo duiken we samen in actuele en impactvolle thema's. Tijdens de eerste sessie zullen wij ons richten op het thema "Jongeren in het klantenbestand van de bank". Je kunt je inschrijven voor een deepdive sessie waarin we met elkaar in gesprek gaan, ideeën uitwisselen en jouw visie centraal staat. Want jouw perspectief is waardevol en die willen wij horen. 

De topics waar je uit kunt kiezen:

• Instroom – Hoe kunnen wij ons aandeel jongeren in het klantenbestand vergroten?
• Binding – Hoe kunnen wij jongeren na instroom ook binden als klant?
• Instroom + Binding collega’s – Hoe kan Rabo jongere medewerkers motiveren om producten af te sluiten bij de Rabo?

We zijn extra trots dat Carlo van Kemenade als spreker aanwezig is. Hij zal ons meenemen in zijn visie op de kracht van jonge stemmen binnen de organisatie en hoe we samen kunnen bouwen aan een toekomstbestendige Rabo. Hij zal ook deelnemen in de deepdive sessies.

Jongeren zijn niet alleen de toekomst, ze zijn ook het nu. Jouw mening doet ertoe. En met Voice of Young Rabo geven we jou het podium om gehoord te worden, om te inspireren en om impact te maken.

Voice of Young Rabo – Your Voice Matters!

Update:

On 28 October Young Rabo members will have the chance to let their voices be heard. Appointed by Carlo van Kemenade, Young Rabo Advisory board member Irik van der Geld will be presenting, as well as be part of the break-out sessions, thereby replacing Carlo. Due to circumstances Carlo will unfortunately not be joining our session. The importance of the subject is in no way affected by this and the opportunity to let our voices be heard will remain. We are looking forward to seeing you all on 28 October, so that your voice can be part of the conversation. 

At Young Rabo, we believe that the future is shaped by the voices of today. And the voices of our young colleagues play a crucial role in that. That’s why we’re proud to launch the Voice of Young Rabo event: an inspiring gathering where your opinion truly makes a difference.

During Voice of Young Rabo, we’ll dive into current and impactful topics together. In the first session, we’ll focus on the theme “Young People in the Bank’s Customer Base.” You can sign up for a deep-dive session where we’ll engage in conversation, exchange ideas, and put your vision at the center. Because your perspective is valuable—and we want to hear it.

You can choose from the following topics:

• Acquisition – How can we increase the number of young people in our customer base?
• Engagement – How can we retain young customers after they join?
• Acquisition + Engagement of Colleagues – How can Rabo motivate young employees to become customers themselves?

We’re especially proud to announce that Carlo van Kemenade will be joining us as a speaker. He will share his vision on the power of young voices within the organization and how we can build a future-proof Rabo together. He will also participate in the deep-dive sessions.
